Rockville, Md., November 30, 2010VIVA Creative has been awarded two Silver Davey Awards for developing the conference identity, visual branding, and extensive set design for the 2010 American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) Policy Conference at the Washington Convention Center.

VIVA Creative worked closely with AIPAC to develop a unified, comprehensive visual design strategy that would support the conference theme “Israel: Tell the Story.” The integrated design elements included everything from conference logos and collateral, to signage, banners, widescreen set design, and digital and motion graphics. The conference theme was extended to a 500-foot widescreen stage that immersed thousands of attendees in the story of the conference brand.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by the Davey Awards for our work creating this comprehensive audience experience,” said Joe Talbott, VIVA Creative President of Global Content. “Collaborating closely with AIPAC, we created a brand that extended throughout the conference space, delivering content to delegates for a fully immersive, engaging experience.”

The annual Davey Awards, judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA), honors outstanding creative work from the best small firms worldwide, awarding gold, silver and best in show honors in 10 different multimedia categories.

“We are honored that the prestigious IAVA committee has recognized our work, and excited to be in the company of the other extraordinary 2010 award winners,” said VIVA Creative Chief Creative Officer Emily Greene.
