VIVA Elevates Sotheby’s International Realty to New Levels

Sotheby’s International Realty’s annual three-day Global Networking Event (GNE) 2019 brought together top agents and affiliates from around the world to network and to learn in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

VIVA’s goal was to provide Sotheby’s International Realty with an experience that was laser-focused on elevating the attendees’ connection to the brand, and take things to the “Next Level.”

To achieve this goal, VIVA suggested exposing the massive Vancouver Convention Centre floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the event, something that had never been done before, providing a constant view of the Pacific Ocean and the Coast Mountains.

To take content to the Next Level, everything was designed to inspire and motivate attendees through an intentional edgy and high-fashion graphical treatment. The approach extended to executive speeches, presentations, animated bumpers, and more.

The two-part opening video series was shot in Southern California and brought exquisite Sotheby’s International Realty’s homes to life with a unique approach reminiscent of modern and unusual haute couture storytelling of European fashion houses like Gucci, Prada, Chanel, and Balmain.

The combination of unexpected staging, a unique look, and cohesive content captivated attendees at GNE 2019 and raised the bar for other Sotheby’s International Realty events.
