VIVA Creative was honored to serve as production partner for the inaugural Congressional Record event at the U.S. Capitol. Hosted by the Congressional Arts Caucus and Congressional Musicians Caucus, in partnership with the Kennedy Center, Library of Congress, Recording Academy, and Roll Call, this historic gathering united bipartisan lawmakers, cultural leaders, and artists to celebrate the role of arts and education in shaping America’s future.

Inside one of the nation’s most iconic venues, VIVA delivered full-scale event production—from concept through flawless execution. Working within tight security and architectural constraints, VIVA transformed the Capitol Auditorium into an inspiring environment that balanced technical precision with artistic expression.

VIVA led collaborative design workshops with the full project team to craft the attendee journey, refine cues and stage calling, and orchestrate a production flow that honored the dignity of the Capitol. Our team led scenic and lighting design, AV direction, motion graphics, video production, and stage management. Content creation included integrated show decks, motion-graphic reveals, live-feed capture, and branded visuals highlighting cross-institutional partners.

The result was an unforgettable evening that brought art, music, and leadership together under one dome—a powerful reminder that creativity transcends politics.
