Caesars Palace hosts one of Las Vegas's most iconic private New Year's Eve celebrations every year ā€” a VIP gala with a discerning audience that expects Caesars-level excellence across every moment of the night.
VIVA Creative was engaged by Encore and Caesars Palace to conceptualize, design, and produce fully immersive LED motion graphics across a massive widescreen canvas, supporting live dance performances, headline DJ sets, and a rock legend headliner. Every pixel was designed with purpose ā€” to make the entire evening feel like one cohesive, cinematic, unforgettable experience from doors open to midnight countdown.
Our motion artists built custom virtual scenic animations synchronized frame-by-frame to live choreography, developed a real-time kinetic animation system keyed to the DJ's beats per minute, and designed an immersive graphical framework for headliner Foreigner that gave the whole night cohesion without erasing the artist's identity. Then at midnight, the full width of that LED canvas transformed into an expansive panoramic night sky, with high-resolution fireworks timed to the exact stroke of midnight.
