VIVA partnered closely with Norwegian’s executive team to translate this complex, global effort into a strategic storytelling platform. Through deep collaboration and behind-the-scenes access, we documented the coordination, expertise, and operational rigor required across every level of the organization—from leadership to onboard teams. The objective was clear: strengthen consumer confidence and reinforce brand credibility at scale.

The result was the Embark Series, an episodic unscripted documentary series conceived and produced by VIVA Creative. Designed as a durable, multi-channel content asset, the series showcased the people and processes behind the brand—highlighting safety leadership, innovation, and cross-functional execution.
